What we collect
The survey collects your name, email, and the ratings and written feedback you choose to submit. Email is optional — you may submit feedback without it. We do not collect payment information through this survey.
How we use your responses
Responses are used by the summit organizers and BlueRock to improve future events: shaping the agenda, sourcing speakers, and refining logistics. We may share aggregated, de-identified summaries with sponsors and partners. We do not sell your personal information.
How your data is protected
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our managed backend with row-level access controls. Access is limited to summit organizers who need it to operate the event. We retain survey responses only as long as needed to plan upcoming summits.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies and local storage required for the survey to function (such as remembering your progress between steps). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this page.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of the personal information you submitted by contacting the summit team at the address below. Please include the email you used when submitting so we can locate your response.
